Experience matters!  I will fight to get you the justice you desire.

Heath was a Dallas County prosecutor and defense attorney for almost two decades.  He worked directly with law enforcement as their cases were being investigated.  Through this experience, Heath was privy to the most innovative techniques used by law enforcement to solve crimes.  The knowledge gained by working directly with law enforcement gives him the ability to dissect investigations and determine how best to defend a charge.  There are two sides to every story/case, the law enforcement version and the version of the citizen being accused. Prosecutors are typically only provided the law enforcement version and it is not until charges are filed that they receive the whole truth.  Heath can make sure that the State has your version and possibly get you case no-billed and dismissed.  Most prosecutor want to seek justice.  They just need the evidence to support your version.

That's why experience matters!
